Lemon grass

This versatile plant is used to cook many South East Asia food, skewer for satay, pounded one end to oil satays when you are BBQ, Mum used them for curries. After being away from the country for 40 years, I notice it is used for more things, it is a good drink if you have a cold.

I was told Lemon grass is a mosquito repellant. It was interesting to watch Simon Gault  say this," Plant this and it will repel mosquitoes.
