Two families leave China 100 years ago, This is a journal recording their passage, their so-journ in Borneo and then on to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, England and beyond. A fascinating account of how time and place have changed the members.

Mum and Dad
Mum and dad were married during the war. They didn't have a wedding photo. But they told us that Dad borrowed the wedding dress of Mrs. Chew Chiong Tat. When Dr. James Chew found out, he sent me a photo of his parents' wedding.
This photo above, nor sure when they took this photo. May be it was in response of us kids teasing that they eloped.
Mr and Mrs Chew Chiong Tack, wedded during the world war 2. Mrs. Chew lent her beautiful dress to my mum.
