Two families leave China 100 years ago, This is a journal recording their passage, their so-journ in Borneo and then on to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, England and beyond. A fascinating account of how time and place have changed the members.

Mother
Nephew Wayne's birthday.
The Japanese/World War 2 robbed Mother of her childhood and her education. But it didn't stop her from being a wonderful woman. She was the Vice President of the Women's Institute, the Patron of the girl guides, actively involved in the Legion of Mary. She often gave cooking demonstrations and judging in competition. She always had visitors. Seen here was the family of the DO who came to join us on Father's birthday.
