sweet potato and glutinous rice roll.

 1 spoon of sugar, sweet potatoes meshed with some lump so there is some body when you eat it.

I microwaved the glutinous rice, you might want to steam it. I added 1 teaspoon of salt to give it taste. You can also add coconut cream. 
Cling wrap to line the sushi mat.

 sushi style, line the mat with a cling glad film.
 3 inches wide is a good width. pat down smoothly.
 add mesh sweet potatoes.
 roll carefully
 cut with a slant diagonal.
 not too bad looking and tasted good.
The husband thought it was sushi. My friends says this is very hard to roll. Was pleased with myself.
